A deliciously fresh breakfast, especially for hot summer days ☀️ We like this bowl best with freshly picked strawberries SISSI STRAWBERRY 🍓
Quarter the strawberries, cut the banana into pieces and puree it with the oat flakes and coconut drink in a blender. Season to taste and optionally sweeten with a spoonful of honey and/or round off with a squeeze of lemon juice.
If you like it more liquid, you can add more coconut drink until you reach the desired consistency. Pour into bowls and decorate with strawberries, banana slices and coconut flakes. Sprinkle your favorite granola on top and enjoy it on the balcony or terrace with the first rays of sunshine!
