CUSTOMER HAPPINESS MANAGER (f/m/d)

in 9551 Bodensdorf, full-time or 30 hours per week

How do you qualify as the perfect match for us?

You're just really keen on:

  • Support and internationalization of the different marketplaces
  • First contact person for B2C customers (order processing, processing various information requests, returns management)
  • B2C logistics with external fulfillment partners
  • Support of various social media channels
  • Participation in the marketing team

  • You have a vocational college with a business sector or are currently in the middle of your studies
