Varieties included

Chard (Bright Lights) brings color to your PAUL POTATO. This vegetable, with its colorful stems and crunchy leaves, not only looks adorable, it also tastes wonderful. It is used in a similar way to spinach and makes a delicious chard pan , for example.

Chinese cabbage (pomegranate) forms slender heads and impresses with its delicate taste. These vegetables can be used both as a raw vegetable salad and as a stir-fried vegetable.

Radishes (giant butter) are a classic in the vegetable patch and grow perfectly in PAUL POTATO. Your own radishes taste wonderful on bread, in salad or simply for snacking as raw food.

Lamb's lettuce (Dutch broadleaf) is characterized by its large leaves and productive growth. It is particularly healthy because it is rich in vitamins C and A.

Pickle lettuce (Lollo Bionda & Rossa) is a pretty and crisp lettuce that forms curled leaves. These types of lettuce spice up every salad, wrap or similar dish not only in terms of taste but also in appearance.

Spinach (Matador) is a fast-growing and large-leaved variety. Spinach is very rich in vitamins and minerals and has many uses in the kitchen. How about a baked potato with trout and spinach ?
