Thai Dragon
As the name suggests, this type of chili comes from Southeast Asia and is one of the most commonly used chilies in the kitchen. The "Thai Dragon" can also be planted here without any problems: its resilience makes it very easy to care for and produces a large number of pods.
Characteristics
The chili plant only grows to a height of around 50 cm and bears narrow, elongated fruits. They ripen in a strong red and are ideal for drying and pickling. In Thailand, the fruits are eaten in both green and red ripe states and are the main ingredient in every good Thai curry. Its characteristics include its floral aroma and an intense, lasting spiciness.
