This chili pepper is the yellow version of the red, classic cayenne chili from Mexico. It is just as aromatic, but not quite as spicy.
Characteristics
The "De Cayenne yellow" plants reach a height of up to 90 cm and deliver a high yield. They form elongated, bright yellow pods that ripen and have a medium level of spiciness. They can be eaten fresh, but of course can also be used for cooking, drying or making a bright yellow chili powder.
