Overview

  • Duration: 15 minutes
  • Quantity: depending on the container, several portions
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients

  • 400g fine-leaf oat flakes
  • 5 large dates
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Milk (as needed)
  • Strawberries (approx. 7 pieces per glass)
  • Honey (1 tbsp per jar)
  • Lemon (1/2 lemon per glass)
  • Natural Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt

    preparation

A fantastic breakfast: homemade porridge and a layer of yoghurt. But with the first local strawberries, of course from SISSI STRAWBERRY , you have the feeling of being able to snack on a dessert for breakfast.

Mix about two thirds of the oat flakes in the blender with the dates, raisins (and possibly dried apple pieces), a larger pinch of cinnamon and a smaller pinch of salt until they are finely powdered. Mix well with the remaining oat flakes. Store in a jar until the next breakfast.

For the strawberry topping you need approx. 5 strawberries per glass. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces and puree them with a teaspoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon.

Now arrange the glasses: Pour warm milk over 3-4 tablespoons of porridge and let it swell for about 3 minutes. If necessary, add a little more milk and mix. Put the porridge in a glass as the first layer, top with natural Greek yoghurt (or vanilla yoghurt) and on top the strawberry mixture and fresh fruit. Good morning!
