Ingredients

  • 4 handfuls of different leaf lettuce
  • 2 snack cucumbers

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 spring onion
  • 2 tbsp. nuts/nut mix

Dressing:

  • kernel oil
  • cider vinegar
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

A simple mixed salad with seasonal vegetables, which tastes delicious at any time of the year - whether as lunch, dinner or side dish.

Wash the lettuce, drain well and split into two bowls. Slice the cucumbers, spring onions and tomatoes. Afterwards spread the vegetables evenly on the salad. Halve an avocado, remove the core and dice the flesh - this way, the avocado slices can be easily pressed out of the skin.
The dressing is mixed right above the salad bowls - 3 tbsp. vinegar and 3 tbsp.kernel oil per bowl, a pinch of salt and pepper, as well as one tablespoon of the nut mix.
