How do I set up my SISSI STRAWBERRY?

You can easily set up and plant your strawberry tree in just a few minutes. In this step-by-step instruction for SISSI STRAWBERRY we will show you how it's done. Regardless of whether you want to set up your SISSI STRAWBERRY on your balcony, terrace or in the garden - it is quick and easy.

Things needed:

SISSI STRAWBERRY option: - starter: 10L soil, 9 strawberryplants - classic: 15L soil, 13 strawberry plants - infinity: 25L soil, 21 strawberry plants - hanging: 10L soil, 9 strawberry plants - organic sheep's wool fertilizer (optional)

Tools:

- drill (to fix the wall mount for SISSI STRAWBERRY classic & infinity)

Set-up for SISSI STRAWBERRY starter, classic & infinity:

Step 1:

Fill all levels with soil. We suggest to mix the soil with an organic long-term fertilizer (e.g. organic sheep's wool fertilizer). Afterwards, put a strawberry plant in each opening on the side. Make sure that the roots have solid contact with the soil.

For the set-up put one level onto the base and continue to stack them on top of each other.

Repeat steps and stack all levels onto another.

Fix wall mount between the levels indicated at SISSI STRAWBERRY classic & infinity.

Set up SISSI STRAWBERRY starter at a location protected from wind.

Fix the wall mount after the 5th level at SISSI STRAWBERRY classic and screw firmly to a wall.

Fix the wall mount after the 5th & additionally after the 9th level at SISSI STRAWBERRY infinity and screw firmly to a wall.

Set-up for SISSI STRAWBERRY hanging:

Step 1:

Lead the steel cable through one level at a time. SISSI-STRAWBERRY-hanging-howto2

Step 3:

Fill the level with soil and mix with an organic long-term fertilizer (e.g. organic sheep's wool fertilizer). Afterwards, plant as shown with SISSI STRAWBERRY starter, classic & infinity. Repeat until the stack is complete.

What you need:

  • 15 L soil
  • 12-13 strawberry plants

SISSI STRAWBERRY classic can be secured easily with the included wall mount. So it will not tip over even when it´s windy.

What you need:

  • 25 L soil
  • 20-21 strawberry plants

If you chose SISSI STRAWBERRY infinity, then please have a look at the set-up instructions of SISSI STRAWBERRY classic first. SISSI STRAWBERRY infinity has to be secured by means of two wall mounts in order to protect it from falling.

What you need:

  • 10 L soil
  • 8 strawberry plants

Be sure to hang SISSI STRAWBERRY hanging on a stable position which can hold a 25kg load. Choose a position so that SISSI STRAWBERRY cannot damage any surrounding objects by movement.
