Potato cheese

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt, pepper
  • A few branches of thyme



Cook the potatoes in plenty of salted water. Press with a potato press and mix with the sour cream.

Peel the onion and chop very finely. Wash the chives, shake dry and chop very finely. Stir onion cubes and chopped chives into the potato mixture, season with salt and pepper and refine with freshly chopped thyme.
