Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • 200g strawberries
  • 1 banana

  • approx. 200ml coconut drink

  • 3 tbsps. oats

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 1/2 an organic lemon

Topping:

  • 2-3 strawberries

  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1-2 tbsps. coconut flakes

  • 4-5 tbsps. granola

Preparation

A delicious breakfast for hot summer days ☀️ This bowl tastes best with fresh picked strawberries from SISSI STRAWBERRY 🍓

Quarter the strawberries, cut the banana into pieces and process the fruits with the oats and the coconut drink in the mixer. Taste with a tablespoon of honey and/or some lemon juice.
Who likes the consistency to be more liquid can also add more coconut drink. Fill in bowls and top with strwaberries, sliced banana and coconut flakes. Finally sprinkle your favourite granola on top of the smoothie bowl and enjoy on the balcony or terrace with the first sun rays.
