The prices on the product pages include value-added tax and other price components.
We deliver within the EU with the following provider:
In addition to the given prices we charge a flat shipping rate of:
within Austria: 5 €, orders above 70€ free
within Germany: 6 €, orders above 70€ free
within the EU: 10 €, orders above 70€ free.
You get informed about the delivery costs in the cart as well as on the checkout page. The flat shipping rate includes the value-added tax.
Terms of delivery
As soon as we receive your order, we quickly prepare your items for shipping. That takes 1-2 days on average. When your package was successfully handed over to the shipping service, the delivery terms are:
within Austria: 1-3 days
to Germany: 3-5 days
in other EU-countries: 3-7 days
Please note that the current situation at home and abroad may cause delays. Unfortunately we have no impact on the delivery time.
