You have the following payment options:

Shipping
We deliver our products within the EU with DHL and DPD. You get informed about the delivery costs in the cart as well as on the checkout page. The flat shipping rate includes the value-added tax.

Shipping of plants
Shipping of plants is only possible within Austria and Germany. Due to the particular handling and the special shipping boxes a fee of 3,90€ for orders below 70€ is charged.
Part delivery
Your order will be shipped as soon as all of your orderd products are available. Part deliveries are not possible.
Terms of delivery
As soon as we receive your order, we quickly prepare your items for shipping. That takes 1-2 days on average. When your package was successfully handed over to the shipping service, the delivery terms are:
within Austria: 1-3 days
to Germany: 3-5 days
in other EU-countries: 3-7 days
Please note that the current situation at home and abroad may cause delays. Unfortunately we have no impact on the delivery time.
