Potato seedlings “Zoe”
The great range of potato varieties is definitely a big advantage of growing your own potatoes in PAUL POTATO.
So you can plant lot's of crazy potatoes, which you will never see in a grocery store. A "crazy variety" like that is for example "Zoe. This is a very special one, because in Europe don't exist many potato varieties with a red skin. The red tubers have their origin in France and especially impress with their oval shape, red skin and red marbled flesh.
You can also grow "Zoe" in your PAUL POTATO and prepare a lot of delicious dishes like red coloured mashed potatoes, Italian "Gnocchi" or Austrian "Knödel" (dumplings).
