Potato seedlings “Highland Burgundy Red”

The great range of potato varieties is definitely a big advantage of growing your own potatoes in PAUL POTATO.
So you can plant lot´s of crazy potatoes, which you will never see in a grocery store. A "crazy variety" like that is for example "Highland Burgundy Red". This is a very special one, because in Europe don´t exist many potato varieties with a red skin. As the name suggests, the red tubers descend from the scottish highlands.

You can also grow "Highland Burgundy Red" in your PAUL POTATO and prepare a lot of delicious dishes like red coloured mashed potatoes, Italian "Gnocchi" or Austrian "Knödel" (dumplings).

You are asking yourself what first early, second early and maincrop means?
Then have a look at the video at the end of this site.
